A Taste of Hospitality – If you have a genuine interest in food and love to cook, this course is for you.  You will experience many aspects of training in the Hospitality Industry with an emphasis on practical skills.

Whether you are contemplating a career in Food, Hospitality & Tourism or just enjoy cooking as a hobby, one thing is guaranteed, you’ll learn a lot about food.

Prerequisites:  Nil

The Year 12 course provides those students who have a genuine interest in food with the chance to explore more advanced methods of cookery. It will give students the opportunity to have a wide understanding of all facets of cookery whether they wish to pursue a career in Foods or for their own enjoyment
